Travis and Ashley were one of those couples that I knew right away we would be friends. Ashley told me that they had a love for science, nature, and whiskey just like me. They had great style and had booked Pinewood before it was even built. They talked about how when they visited the site they just knew it was going to be perfect. What a leap of faith that must have been!
Their day was so relax and intentional. They didn’t have a wedding party, but had their favorite people come early and be with them as they got ready for the day. Because of Covid-19 they had mostly family come to the ceremony and dinner portion of the day. Then they had a dance party with a ton of friends for the last couple hours of the day (not many photos of that, because I had sadly already left). But I thought this was such a great way to handle the number limits that were in place at the time.
I’m so grateful they let me in on their life and I got to capture such a beautiful day.
