Kalli was the first person I lived with when I loved to Minnesota on a somewhat whim. We had worked at a summer camp together in college and grew closer when I started to visit Minnesota. We soon realized we had a shared love for nature, otters, and coffee shops. She was beyond generous with me as I transitioned into my full time teaching job. Spoiler alert: didn’t love teaching.
When she first told me about Allan, I knew that he was probably going to be the one. She talked about how she hated not talking to him for one day. And for this introverted friend, that was a big deal. The more I learned about him, the more I couldn’t believe how perfect they were for each other. Kalli has always had a love for Canada, so does Allan. Kalli loves the Lord, so does Allan. Kalli works in the medical field, so does Allan. I could go on and on. But these two were made for each other.
Since they got engaged during a pandemic, they decided they didn’t want to wait to get married. But opted for a small wedding, at a beautiful venue, with lots of precautions in place to keep everyone safe. Once you begin to look at the photos, you will see just how fun of a day it was! I don’t think I’ve ever taken so many photos of laughter and dancing throughout the day.
So greatful to get to capture such a love.
